M. Florencia Sota Vázquez is a corporate lawyer focused on supporting local and foreign companies in their business in Argentina.

Her practice is focused on Corporate Law. She has a solid track record advising multinational and local companies on the design and structuring of their investments, the incorporation and registration of companies, start-ups, shareholders’ agreements and other shareholder arrangements, while also providing day-to-day advice on business matters. She also oversees compliance with formal obligations before regulatory authorities.

Together with the Corporate Department, she participates in the structuring and execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and legal due diligence processes.

Jointly with the Litigation Department, she is involved in corporate disputes at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages.

For several years, she has devoted part of her professional time to pro bono work for various foundations and non-profit organizations.

In immigration matters, she specializes in the transfer of expatriate personnel and work visas, advising international and local clients on all aspects related to the mobility of their teams and managing residency procedures before the National Directorate of Migration.

In Intellectual Property, she focuses on the management and protection of trademark portfolios, advising clients on the registration and enforcement of their trademark assets before the INPI (Argentine National Institute of Industrial Property).
