| Professional Experience
Dr. Rodrigo is a highly regarded corporate lawyer with extensive experience in corporate, regulatory, restructuring, aviation and cross-border matters. He regularly advises Brazilian, Chinese and U.S. companies in connection with their investments, operations and strategic transactions in Argentina.
He acted as local legal counsel in Argentina in one of the most significant mergers and acquisitions transactions carried out in the country, representing a major Chinese energy company in the US$2.5 billion acquisition of 23 oil and gas concessions. In the energy sector, he advised the senior financial creditors on the first international gas pipeline project designed to export natural gas from Argentina to Brazil.
Throughout his professional career, he has advised multinational corporations on complex corporate reorganizations, cross-border acquisitions, financings and strategic investments, providing highly specialized advice on both transactional and regulatory matters.
Dr. Rodrigo is also the author of publications on corporate law, corporate restructuring and aviation law. His work has been published by the International Bar Association (IBA), International Law Office (ILO), Securities Law Report, International Financial Law Review (IFLR), the New York State Bar Association and Latin Counsel.

He graduated from the Law School of the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1993. He holds a Master in Law (LLM) from the University of Virginia and a Master in Finance Law from the University of CEMA.
