Mr. Andrés Villarreal is a partner in Alfaro Abogados since 2023, and member of the Mining Team. Andrés graduated as a lawyer at the University of Buenos Aires in 1999 ,and has a specialization in Oil & Gas law. He has been working in the mining industry for more than 15 years and taken part of M&A transactions for over US$ 7 billion representing major and junior companies, including Glencore, Anglogold, Yamana, Newmont/Goldcorp, POSCO Korea, Vale, Rio Tinto, Anglo American, Cameco and SQM, among others. He has been featured in Chambers & Parters, Who’s Who Legal and The Legal 500 for several years.
