Mr. Nicolas Ferla, who has been a partner in Alfaro Abogados since 2018. He currently represents foreign clients in Argentina, assisting them in matters of mining, environmental, regulatory and corporate law. Nicolas has been involved in a variety of crossborder mining transactions in recent years including advice to the Grosso Group, Lithium Americas Corp., Argosy Minerals Ltd., among other mining companies.
