| Professional Experience

Mr. Sebastian C. Rodrigo has a highly regarded experience in Corporate, Regulatory, Reorganization, Aviation and cross border transactions, primarily representing Brazilian, Chinese and US companies doing business in Argentina.

He has participated as local counsel in the largest M&A transaction of Argentina, the acquisition of 23 oil and gas concessions representing Sinopec from China for $2.5 billion dollars. In the energy field he has been advisor to the Senior Lenders in the TGM Project, the first cross border pipeline to export gas to Brazil.

He has been involved in the reorganization process of Central Térmica Güemes representing bondholders of a Global Bond. He was involved in the reorganization process of Compañía General de Combustibles representing Hess Trading Corporation, the trader company of Amerada Hess Corporation.

He also participated as local advisor on the corporate restructuring of the Ecolab Group in Argentina.

He has considerable experience advising multinational companies such as Stryker Corporation, Ajinomoto do Brasil, Bauducco / Pandurata Alimentos, Acelity /3M Health Care, Salentein wines among others on distribution law.

In addition he participated as local counsel to Textron Finance Corporation and Textron Aviation and other companies of the Textron Inc. Group in structuring financing cross border acquisitions.

He has published several articles as contributor to the Mediation and Insolvency, Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights, and Aviation Committees of the International Bar Association, the International Law Office, Securities Law Report, International Financial Law Review, New York State Bar Association International and Latin Counsel.

| Education

He graduated from the Law School of the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1993. He holds a Master in Law (LLM) from the University of Virginia and a Master in Finance Law from the University of CEMA.
