Madelaine Geuzi Karaian assists local and international clients in individual and collective matters, attending Human Resources management in their daily issues with a preventive approach. She has experience in both the public and private sectors.

She advises on personnel reorganization/dismissal processes, on the drafting and implementation of corporate policies, confidentiality and non-competition agreements, modification of working conditions, and all issues arising from daily life in HR management. 

She participates in negotiations of collective bargaining agreements and union disputes. Madelaine represents our clients before administrative and judicial labor authorities. She gives in-company workshops on trending topics in labor law. In addition, she has participated as author of various publications, and as a speaker and moderator at local and international forums.
